Where we come from, what we do.
Brainlab was born in Nice, within the Greenbull Media group, with one simple conviction: an idea is only worth something if it brings something back to the brand that carries it. We are a marketing and communication agency that thinks before it produces and measures after it launches: advertising campaigns, creative work, social media and owned media, managed together, by a single team, in a single place.
What sets us apart: we don’t advise from the sidelines. The studios we film in belong to the group, and the media we recommend building, we run ourselves every single day. What we propose to our clients, we practice for ourselves.
From Nice, with ambition
The founding
Alexandre and Axel, friends for more than 15 years since meeting on the tennis courts, create Brainlab. Passionate about marketing and already entrepreneurs (Père & Fish, Timenjoy, online brands), they put that field experience to work for other brands.
The first clients
Brainlab settles in at the port of Nice with its first employees. Nine clients out of ten come through word of mouth: the agency takes shape and growth sets in.
On to the promenade
The team grows, and so does the client roster: the agency organizes into divisions and moves to the promenade des Anglais to support its growth.
The Recordia studios
Our in-house studios open: 250 m² of sets to make content creation accessible to every company we support. In the same stride, the group launches its own media, led by JAB Life.
The group, today
Three consolidated entities: the Brainlab agency, the Recordia studios and the Greenbull Media production company. The team grows from 11 to 30 people, the offices expand. The next chapter, we write together.
